These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the zt444 platform, operated at https://zt444.cam ("Platform", "Site", "zt444", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By creating an account, placing a bet, accessing any game, or using any service offered through zt444, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

zt444 is an English-language online betting information platform designed for Pakistani users. It provides sports betting, live casino and slots content with a focus on transparent terms, strong player protections and local-market familiarity. zt444 does not claim a Pakistan gambling license or affiliation with any Pakistani government authority or financial institution.

These Terms are written in English and shall be construed and interpreted in accordance with the English language version. Where applicable, specific references to Pakistani payment methods (such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah) are included for user-context purposes only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support by those providers.

For the purpose of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an Account on zt444, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. Meeting the minimum age requirement does not make gambling lawful in Pakistan — local laws may restrict or prohibit participation regardless of age.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of play. It is your sole responsibility to ascertain and comply with applicable laws.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion programme, whether applied through zt444 or any third-party responsible gambling scheme currently in effect.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or entity. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director or officer of zt444, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, banned or had an account permanently closed by zt444 for breach of these Terms.

zt444 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to confirm ongoing eligibility. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary or permanent Account restriction.

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate at all times.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, zt444 may request the following verification documents at registration or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• Proof of Identity: A valid, government-issued photo ID. For Pakistani users, this typically means a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or a current passport.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a recent utility bill, bank statement or similar document confirming your residential address.
• Selfie / Liveness Verification: A photograph or short video of yourself holding your identity document, as directed by the verification system.
• Source of Funds: In certain circumstances, documentation demonstrating the legitimate source of funds used for deposits may be required in compliance with AML obligations.

Deliberately submitting false, altered or fraudulent documents is a serious offence that may result in immediate Account closure, forfeiture of funds and referral to relevant authorities. One Account per person is strictly enforced. Attempting to circumvent this restriction is a violation of these Terms.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, redistribute or commercially exploit any content, data, odds or intellectual property belonging to zt444.
• You will not use automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the Platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human usage.
• You will not use the Platform in connection with any fraudulent, money-laundering, terrorist-financing or other illegal activity.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose any funds deposited. zt444 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the Platform.
• You agree that all decisions made on the Platform, including bet placements and game outcomes, are final once confirmed, subject to the specific dispute resolution provisions within these Terms.

zt444 reserves the right to monitor Account activity for compliance with these Terms. Accounts found to be in breach may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to zt444's general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules applicable to the market in question. Key provisions include:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an explicit confirmation on screen. Bets placed in error before confirmation is displayed are not binding on zt444.
• Odds Fluctuation: Odds are subject to change before bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmed placement are the odds that apply to that bet.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the Platform's real-time data feeds. In the event of a data error or technical disruption, zt444 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Cricket Markets: For PSL, ICC and other cricket markets, specific rules apply to rain-interrupted matches, abandoned fixtures and Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) revised targets. Market-specific rules are displayed within each betting market.
• Casino Games: All casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or verified live-dealer systems. Game results are final once the game round is completed and confirmed by the system.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per game. These are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Winnings Cap: Maximum winnings per bet or per game session may be subject to a cap. Details are available within specific market or game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the displayed rules and what is applied in practice, zt444 will take reasonable steps to resolve the matter fairly. Disputes regarding specific bets or game outcomes must be raised with zt444 customer support within 30 days of the event in question.

All financial transactions on zt444 are subject to the following provisions:

Deposits

• Deposits must be made using payment methods accepted by zt444 at the time of transaction. Accepted methods are displayed in the cashier section of your Account.
• Payment method references on this Platform, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, are included as user-context references only. These providers do not endorse zt444 and the availability of specific methods is subject to change.
• Deposits must be made from accounts or instruments held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• zt444 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in compliance with AML obligations.
• Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed only after full KYC verification has been completed on the Account.
• Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method as the original deposit wherever possible, subject to method availability and applicable limits.
• Standard processing times vary by payment method. zt444 will communicate estimated timelines via the cashier and support documentation. Processing times stated are estimates only and may vary due to third-party processing factors outside zt444's control.
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds are only permitted after applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
• zt444 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving withdrawal requests. This may delay processing times but is applied consistently for security and compliance purposes.

zt444 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, reload offers, referral rewards and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general provisions apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general Terms in relation to that promotion only.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money funds. The order in which real-money and Bonus Funds are used is governed by the Platform's cashier logic, details of which are available in the promotional terms.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before Bonus Funds or associated winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated in the relevant promotion as a multiplier (e.g., 30x the bonus amount).
• Not all games contribute equally towards meeting a Wagering Requirement. Contribution rates (for example, slots contributing 100% and table games contributing a lower percentage) are specified in promotion-specific terms.
• Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible registered players only. New player welcome bonuses are available to one Account per person, per household IP address and per payment method.
• zt444 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after being claimed, accrued progress towards Wagering Requirements will be respected to the extent reasonably practicable.
• Any indication of fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional terms or exploitation of platform mechanics may result in the cancellation of the bonus, associated winnings and Account suspension.

zt444 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling must be approached as entertainment — never as a means of generating income, solving financial problems or recovering from losses.

zt444 provides the following Responsible Gambling Tools, accessible from within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Cap your losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic session termination after a set period of play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short break from gambling for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude your Account from all Services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

zt444 will not knowingly permit gambling by minors. Any person found to be under the minimum required age will have their Account closed immediately, winnings voided and deposits returned at our discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Using software, algorithms, artificial intelligence or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any coordinated strategy designed to exploit promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft or money laundering.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, where zt444 has blocked access, or where the operator does not hold applicable licensing for that jurisdiction.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with zt444.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit or otherwise interfere with the technical systems or security infrastructure of the Platform.

zt444 reserves the right to take such action as it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including without limitation suspension, permanent Account closure and forfeiture of Account balances where permitted by applicable law.

Either you or zt444 may terminate an Account at any time, subject to the following provisions:

Termination by You

You may close your Account at any time by contacting zt444 customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding Wagering Requirements attached to Bonus Funds must be addressed per the applicable bonus terms. Real-money balances (excluding voided Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful completion of any pending verification checks.

Termination or Suspension by zt444

zt444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested.
• Actions that pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform, its systems or other players.
• Regulatory, legal or compliance obligations that require Account restriction.

In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, zt444 may freeze Account funds pending investigation and may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zt444 excludes all liability for:

• Any gambling losses incurred by you through lawful use of the Platform.
• Interruptions, delays, errors or technical failures affecting the availability of the Platform or any individual Service.
• Loss of data, unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials, or circumstances outside zt444's reasonable control.
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, statistics or other content published on the Platform, which is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute advice.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit zt444's liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which the Platform operator is licensed and incorporated, as may be specified in the operator's published licensing documentation.

Users acknowledge that zt444 does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani financial institution or payment provider.

Pakistan has gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you in your location. zt444 does not accept registrations from, or provide services to, users in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited, to the extent that zt444 is aware of such restrictions.

This section does not constitute legal advice. If you are uncertain about the legal status of online gambling in your jurisdiction, you should seek independent legal advice before using the Platform.

zt444 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, zt444 will use reasonable endeavours to notify registered users via the email address associated with their Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date at the top of this page indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree with any amendments to these Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11 of these Terms.
